We're using gulf fresh seafood from the Mississippi Sound to create some amazing seafood dishes.

A.J. Giardina invites us into his kitchen to share his shrimp recipe:
Let skillet heat on medium
Put one stick of butter in skillet, let melt
3 tablespoons of Zatarans crab boil
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoon of basil
1 1/2 tablespoon of oregano
3 tablespoons of garlic
3 tablespoons of Tony's seasoning
Sprinkle salt and pepper
3 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
1 fresh lemon squeezed
Put ingredients in skillet and stir
Pour 3 pounds of shrimp into skillet
Let shrimp simmer in skillet for 12 minutes
